Happy  Valentines Day to all my friends, clients and families. Hope your day is filled with a lot of love and CHOCOLATE!!!!! One family tradition that we have in our family is our Valentines Day morning breakfast. The kids look forward to it even at the ages of 13 and 11! I think it is the idea that they can eat chocolate for breakfast makes it the most fun. One year, I made everything pink or red. Strawberry milk, pancakes with M&M’s, strawberries etc. The kids also get little gifts from us too. It’s harder as they get older to find “little and inexpensive” gifts for this holiday.Even Ruby loves this holiday. She hopes to get some leftover pancakes that don’t have M&M’s in them. Although, she would like to eat the whole bag of M&M’s if she could. I wonder how many more years I will be doing this? Hopefully until they are out of the house. Its fun for me and for them.
