I specialize in maternity and newborn photography in the South Jersey and Moorestown, NJ area. All areas including Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Marlton, Voorhees, Haddonfield and Riverton NJ. My style is custom fine art photography.
If you could describe my style in 3 words is : Simple, Clean and Classic. You aren’t going to find the real trendy photos here on my site. I want your photos to last a lifetime. I want you to be able to look back at them in 20 years and love them. I want your grandchildren to feel the same way.
Great photography is about merging technical understanding with an artistic vision. Capturing a mother’s love for her newborn or a child’s unique personality is the emotion I want to display in my images. To me, my family is extremely important and to capture the special moments for your family would be an honor.
From the minute we talk on the phone or meet in person, I want you to be comfortable with me. I am not a loud in your face kind of person. I want you to feel like you are one of my friends or family. I want you to feel like you could sit down and have a glass of coffee with me and we can chat about our kids.
Before I was a photographer I was a physical therapist. I worked primarily with the elderly and I have been told I have a lot of patience. I will wait for that perfect shot, calm a fussy baby to sleep and talk your toddler out of a tantrum. I want each and every image to be a work of art for you. I will treat each image like it is. I will choose only the best 30-40 images for your gallery.

Michelle Baker Photography is a custom photography experience. Many hours of practice, learning, training and money have gone into my business and I hope you will cherish this experience. My job is to make your life easier whether it be helping to pick out clothing, coming to your house to design a wall gallery or delivering your final products to your house, that is what I am here for. Not everyone wants a custom experience but if you are one of those people that want nothing than the best for their newborns, children or family then I am your gal!!
